The clasp stays together well. It takes a lot of force to separate it. The cord is thick and has a bit stretch. The metal hook seems well built and holds ID cards well.
I got this for my mother for her safety button, in case she falls. It can also be used for keys or a badge. The length is adjustable and it's very sturdy. I got the blue and it's very pretty. I would recommend this lanyard to anyone looking for a versatile lanyard.
This is a good, quality lanyard. The safety feature of the clip on the neck is nice. It would release before someone choked, but is strong enough to not just fall off. The material seems durable. The clip at the end can swivel, which is nice if you're wearing an ID badge that you need to use as a key.
Good quality. Not flimsy at all. Adjustable strap. Can use as job ID card holder, to wrap around storage boxes, etc. Adjustable strap in red and black with silver clasp.
Light and comfortable. Soft too and black goes with everything and doesn't show the dirt. Would be happy to buy more if the clip wears out. It's also adjustable which is great if you don't want your badge hanging down around your waistline.
Very attractive, and strong. The color I received is pink, my daughters favorite color. It will be used with my waterproof case for my cell phone whe I go swimming
I used this to clip onto my cellphone, and then I put the other end over my head. This worked out great because I needed something like this anyway. I'm always frustrated because I feel like I have to drag my phone around with me everywhere I go. Now I can with no problem.
First of all, I'm not a lanyard person, so finding a use for such a device in my life is a daunting task. However, I did find it useful for finally having my Kronos card in a convenient place that it won't accidentally get broken or cause an injury. With that being said, I need to address the clip itself. I do like the swivel in the design which allows you to flip the item attached without causing the lanyard to twist with it, is smart. The material the clip is made of however, is a little sharp, and tends to scratch the wearer. I found the best way to deal with that issue, was to ensure that the opening of the clip faced away from you at all times. You could wrap something around the clip, (like tape) but doing so creates a place where dirt and dust likes to get caught in. The clasp that holds the lanyard together at the top (behind your neck) is comfortable, but it creates a limit to the amount of weight the lanyard can hold. So, if you were planning to use it to hold keys, their weight may cause the lanyard's clasp to fail.
This safety lanyard is an eye-catching bright blue color. The strap is of sufficient width not to cause irritation. My reservations with the strap is the extra buckle that if incorrectly placed would totally negate the safety factor. In my opinion the safety is of paramount concern hence my rather low rating.
My husband uses lanyards to carry keys and also at work for ID badges. He thought the clasp at the bottom was very flimsy and made of very thin metal. It's not a lanyard he would use especially for anything heavy or important for fear of losing them. We wouldn't purchase these unless you are looking for an extremely lightweight lanyard.
