New roll-on cap is senseless
Love the gel but truly dislike the senseless new ‘child proof' cap. I'm puzzled why you would make it harder to use (remove the cap) for those of us with arthritis. It seems one of your target customers are arthritis sufferers. Please go back to the simple unscrew cap. This falls under the category of ‘if it ain't broke … don't fix it.'

Easy application with same great results
I have been using the Penetrex creams for some time and when I saw this roll-on I had to try it. The application is smooth and not messy, and I get the same results as applying the cream by hand. The plus side of the roll-on is that you can use it anytime when you are traveling.

Fast relief in an easy roll on form
I've used other pain, relief products but penetrex definitely works the fastest and most effective. Having the role on is super convenient and not messy on your fingers

I started off using Penetrex cream (as the roll-on wasn't available yet) and found it worked quickly on my back pain %26 stiffness The roll-on makes it much easier to apply and I found it to be more effective than BioFreeze and various lidocaine patches.

This is the only product that has given my Mother the relief she needed from arthritis. We have tried many different products, but this is the only one that works.

I think my purchase was a good one with value.
First time trying this product. I usually use Arnicare but it was out of stock. The roll-on application worked very well and the product came out without having to rub too hard. It does have a slight menthol scent so keep that in mind if you prefer unscented.

I usually use this in the cream formula but convenient reason I try to roll on not too happy with it doesn't seem to work as better as a green formula takes a little longer to kick in I will return to the cream I can only recommend this if you have to travel for easy to use and no mess

I thought I'd try this, I live in a lot of pain and I'm always looking for relief. I've no idea what this stuff was supposed to do but, it gave me absolutely NO RELIEF.
