This is a very effective cream for my pain. I have shoulder pain - maybe tendonitis . I was losing range of motion . My sister has used it for years and told me to get it. Range of motion back 95%.

Get a small (2 oz ) container first, in Walmart and follow direction. My wife uses the penetrex for the pain from arthritis in her hands and feet. It works great.
