This is a single box of 24 assorted colored crayons. The title was a bit misleading as it says 24 packs. The package arrived unscathed, but the crayon box was a bit ragged on the bottom and I had to discard it since it wouldn't stay in place. However, the crayons are vibrant and do not have a horrible waxy feel that some other crayons do when trying to color. All primary colors are included along with many other colors, all with fun names such as burnt orange and delicate pink. Great product!
The Pen + Gear 24 Count Crayon Pack has suited my 6-year-old daughter perfectly during art and craft time! As someone who colors often, my daughter is pleased by the variety of colors and by how smoothly these crayons work. We love that we can replace our crayons often, if needed, as such a value.
This 24 count assorted colors crayons pack is perfect for school kids. My niece loves it. The colors are vivid and the crayons are well made with quality materials. The only downside is the package is breaks easily. Would still definitely recommend it.
Pen+Gear has made some really quality crayons here, and I'm entirely impressed! We've all used the big name brand crayons before, and usually when you go to try another lesser known brand, the lack in quality becomes obvious. Well, not with these Pen+Gear crayons. These crayons are top quality, and have a smooth texture when using. I've used other lesser crayons that feel like they are scraping the surface of the paper and not leaving a lot of mark behind, but these leave a nice solid layer. The texture is smooth, but not smooth like oil pastels. The box has a classic set of 24 colors, which are just about every standard color you could want or need. These are great crayons-- you will not be disappointed!
These crayons are for my 5 year old and he loves them. There are a wide variety of colors in different shades. They color smoothly and seem to be made as well as more popular brands. My son colored off of his coloring book and got some on his art table and it washed off easily. The box to these crayons do tear and bend easily so we do prefer to use a pencil case to store them in.
I was expecting 24 packs to show up at my door. Only one came. My 8 year old started using them immediately. I thought they seemed comparable to the name brand because they look the same to me, however my son informed me that they were not as great as his others.
The Pen + Gear 24 Count Crayons has a decent selection of colors. They color pretty well not waxy or off. They do tend to break faster than other brands do. I found a lot of them break off at the tip when coloring with them. Otherwise they seem like a good coloring brand.
These very colorful crayons are a bit thinner than the ones I had when I was a kid, or the ones I got for my kids. The colors are similar to the brand im used to, but the names they were given is different. I don't think a 5 year old cares much about copyright infringement.
These are not my favorite crayons. They come with all the normal colors nicely organized in the little boxes. My issue is they break really easy. My four and six year old snapped many of them using them for the first time so I was disappointed. The color comes out nicely on paper, I just wish they were more durable.
While I like how the packaging looks for these crayons, that's about where my likes stop. The very first crayon I went to use the tip broke off. I didn't think much of it and kept coloring, the 4th crayon I went to color with the exact same thing happen. Out of all the crayons in the box, I had this happen 4 times to me and I was coloring lightly. The colors were ok, but not vivid as you can see from the pictures. I don't recommend these at all!
