This pencil sharpener does exactly what it's supposed to do, and it does it for cheap. It sharpens cleanly, doesn't chew up pencils, and holds up better than you'd expect for the price. No gimmicks, no nonsense. It works every time, and for what it costs, it's hard to complain about anything. Simple, reliable, and easy five stars.

It sharpened my pencil in literally 3 seconds! It did not smell like a normal pencil sharpener. Just make sure you dump it over a trash can because the front part pulls out very easily and there is nothing to catch it. It is a nice weight so very sturdy. This will be great for a classroom.

It's sturdy enough that I don't need both hands to hold it in place, and it sharpens quickly with almost no effort. It's also very easy to empty—just hold it over the trash and open the compartment. Overall it is convenient, efficient, and simple to use!

I am pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy it was to use! It sharpened my pencils so well and I love that it has a reservoir to catch the shavings. I'm shocked at how powerful it is for being battery operated! I also really liked how batteries were included. It was a nice convenience not to have to go search for some at my office. This is going to be a great addition to all of my office supplies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very handy and easy to use. This is the first time I used an electric sharpener and it worked perfectly. You can use it on a not so thick paper clusters to make it last longer, try not to force it and would be fine.

It was very easy to use and seems to be pretty durable with doing multiple pencils. It's very light weight and easy to store. The cleaning is even easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] sharpens my pencil well but , it is very unstable and you'll have to hold on to it to keep it from shaking around. I was caught off guard when the part where you dispose the shavings wasn't like a cup, so make sure you open it over a trash bin or you'll have to clean up the shavings from your dresser. Sometimes the wood of the pencil gets caught on the blade, and it just spins making it a bit uncomfortable on the hands. The noise doesn't bother me, it's not bad at all, pretty much what you'd expect for a non manual sharpener. I would say it's portable ( you just have to be careful to empty the shavings holder first) very small and light and the fact that it uses battery instead of being charged is a plus for me. It sharpens my pencils really fast as well, which I was thrilled about.
