Never received my items. Walmart delivered to the incorrect address and refuses to take responsibility or rectify the situation. So I am just out of money because Walmart's delivery drivers are not doing quality control when making deliveries; and wal-mart is stating there is nothing they can do. Walmart is a thief for taking my money and not providing the service that I have paid for.

Did not receive what was requested or substituted. I need 18 black folders. I received 8 black folders and 10 blue folders. I cannot use the blue in place of the black. I would have declined the substitution if I had known they were mostly blue folders.
