[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pen + Gear's poly composition book is of excellent quality. The cover is durable, and flexible so you can easily fit it into any bag, it's not like leading brands whose cover is made of cardboard, so it's really convenient to carry. It contains 80 sheets of college ruled paper, which is acceptable to use even in classes. Whatever writing utensil you are fond of using, you'll find it glides effortlessly over the paper. I've used pencil, ball point, as well as gel pens and they all work amazingly. The Pen + Gear Composition Book Donut Design was a HUGE win for my eight year old second grader. He was so excited when he saw it. He begged me to let him use it at home instead of school because it glows in the dark and he wants to be able to see it at night. He loved it so much he couldn't wait to start writing in it. We're working on spelling so it was a hit. I overall recommend this because they produce great, affordable, quality products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This composition book is so cute and well made. My daughter who is in college saw it and immediately needed it. The koi fish design is so stylish and the book itself is so sturdy and dependable. It has 80 sheets and is college ruled and perfect for my daughter to use in school. The pages aren’t thin like some other notebooks we’ve tried. The pages don’t bleed through. She already asked me to find more of the pen and gear composition books in more styles for her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a cute composition book! I always need paper to write something down and this size is perfect to transport from place to place. The art is cute and clever and the color is lovely as well. I have no complaints and am pleased that the paper inside is college ruled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautifully designed composition notebook. It's made of the same thin cardboard material as the originals, and has 80 college ruled sheets. The binding is the same as the originals and is the normal size. The koi design is beautiful.

The book is completely broken from the corner.
