finally got my paper delivered to my house, Amazon sent it through usps, who couldn't fit it in my mailbox, the paper is 1' height, 2.5' wide and 1' deep, my mailbox is 8" deep, 18" long and 6" wide, so that's a complete lie, they are and was to lazy to put it on my porch. i will never get my paper from Amazon again

Excellent Copy Paper! Meets all my expectations. Very white paper, feeds through my printer smoothly, no trouble with pages sticking together, print result is smooth %26 sharp on this Pen Gear Copy Paper. Super duper pleased, the box of 10-reams arrived in perfect condition because it was inside a shipping box filled with brown paper. (Always problems when other companies send it "as is" instead of protecting it by putting it in a shipping box.) Will reorder this product from Walmart. It's a great product and bargain priced, too.

The copy paper itself meets quality standards. Shipping and delivery from FedEx was not acceptable and continues to get worse rather than better. The box arrived busted on three of four sides. 6 out of 10 reams inside the box had torn wrapping. So far, 2 out of 10 reams have also had water damage. When I tried to request a refund for the damaged packaging and reams, I was required to return the product. Unfortunately, I had already unpacked the case of reams and opened 2 reams of which I ended up throwing away half of each of those reams due to water damage. Repacking and carrying a case of damaged copy paper down 2 flights of stairs to return to the retailer is unacceptable. So, I'll keep the damaged product, use what I can, and request delivery from the store next time. FED UP with FedEx!

It's white paper you put in the printer. The price is as low as it gets for an entire case. I was hoping free beer or pizza would come with it...but Noooooo. Just a box of paper that I didn't have to lug it from the store into my trunk, and then, when I got home, into the house. WalMart delivered the very next day for....(get this part because it's pretty cool)...for FREE!

I have an Epson WF-4820 inkjet printer, and the remanufactured ink cartridges worked well right out of the box. I was concerned that they might not work because I had already done one firmware update on my printer (by mistake), but these cartridges worked well anyway. I did NOT take delivery of the paper, but I believe it would suffice for any modern printer using traditional 8.5 x 11 inch white paper. Walmart automatically put the paper in "pick up at the store" mode, and I wanted it to be delivered along with the ink, but at this point I really didn't care and was happy that the ink worked on my printer.

The paper is fine. Best price found. It's your delivery that's a problem. Leaving the paper at the wrong location on a large campus is inconvenient. If it wasn't for the photo we wouldn't have found it. I think your local drivers should be provided with some direction when dropping off cartons of paper outside a building on wet concrete

The paper itself was fine. However the box was falling apart and by the time it arrived the end was blown out and the reams about falling out. I had to completely tape the box to get it into my office without falling apart. I am not sure if the boxes are just not as strong as others or if the shipping process was especially rough on this item. Thankfully none of the paper itself appeared to be affected.

I DO NOT want my order delivery day changed. This has happened TWICE and it is extremely inconvenient. When I have a delivery date, that is the date I want my order delivered, NOT BEFORE. this is a business and delivery outside business hours does not work for us. Pretty unhappy!

Says 10 reames per box when paid for but only 8 reames were in the box delivered as only 8 could fit into it. Sadly it is not worth the $10 refund to let Walmart know since $10 would not be worth the time it would take to reach out to get what was paid for.

The box doesn't even come delivered with a lid. My box of paper was left in the snow and it is all ruined. The return process is a nightmare, Walmart won't replace it without me sending the original back. Problem is the “box” bottom sad in snow and fell apart and I literally have no box to ship the ruined paper back in.
