Item was purchased as expected. Waiting for the delivery of the item to curbside took much longer than expected. And no, it was not because of too many people there at the same time. Only a three others were at the delivery point.

My husband %26 I both have mobility issues. We are preparing to move to smaller place. I was astatic to find I could get packing materials by using Walmart Pickup service. It means so much to us. The boxes are as good as ones from packing/storage businesses. Fabulous product and service!!!!!

These boxes are the best. They come with pre printed label to write the contents inside the box. Very sturdy and has instructions on how to tape a box. These boxes come with side handles that help when lifting All you do is punch out the perforated tabs located on each side. These boxes come in three different sizes and for the price you can’t beat it.

Perfect for moving and storage. Perfect size and strength dishes and knickknacks. I am an older woman these are perfect for moving. The price is better than Uhauls boxes, but close in strength. I have sent a few in the mail. the arrived in good shape, if taped well.

These boxes are strong, cheap and thick enough that it will protect your house hold items and it’s durable. However I give a 4 star because I don’t recommend for reuse. Some semi heavy ones broke from the handle from carrying/transport from and to moving trucks. But none of my glass or plates broke from using these boxes, I used one big roll of wrapping paper for all of my items in my 2 bed 2 bath condo.

it was a quick house hold move a mile away. so we didnt have things stored in them long. I really liked the price and availabilty, of course the sizes. The standard duty are not super strong, but we new what what we we getting, and had no issues at all. Easy to carry handles, but can break during the move. Easy to label and tape, and recycle when done. Nothing was damaged in the move, but did use alot of packing materials for glass items.

I like that there was no tape on it. But I didn't think they were heavy duty as advertised. The cardboard was thin.

Price was good, size was good, but upon packing, some of the boxes started falling apart, a couple of the boxes had poorly glued seams and they split during the move. We were only moving stuff a few miles. Must’ve been a bad batch, I bought 12 this time.

I ordered two Pen Gear Large Extra Strength Moving Boxes (24L x 16W x 19H, Kraft), but Walmart incorrectly sent three. Two of these boxes arrived damaged, significantly reducing their usability, particularly problematic during my urgent preparations for a move. Additionally, I separately ordered two medium boxes from Walmart but instead received five. Instead of correctly refunding the damaged large boxes, Walmart mistakenly refunded two medium boxes, which I did order but received in excess quantities. This has caused substantial confusion and wasted time on my day off, greatly complicating my move. Dealing with incorrect substitutions, damaged items, incorrect quantities, and mistaken refunds all at once has been highly frustrating. Overall, my experience has been disappointing and stressful, reflecting poorly on Walmart’s handling and accuracy in fulfilling online orders.
