I question whether this would prevent any type of thief, as I'm fairly certain the fabric could be cut through easily. It is large enough to hold a decent amount of items. I have to admit it's smaller than I anticipated but the measurements are listed so I should have looked at it closer. It fits my notary book along with my stamps and pens. It will not hold a full size notebook which I hoped for but I really cannot complain because it safely holds my book which is the important book that needs to be stored in a locked safe. It can easily carry passports and checks, money, and important docs safely. I can carry this in a locked briefcase and it will work. Thank you Pen + gear and influenster!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure how I feel about this concept of a safe…the fact that it's hanging off a hanger, anyone can just grab the whole thing if they wanted to take something in there. The lock on the zipper is sturdy. But I'm not sure if the material can with stand the scissors and or knife. Overall, it's a cool concept, but I don't think I would put any valuable things in there. I would though take it on my trips to put other non expensive items and act as an organizer.
