good tickets
these tickets are great. The only problem is they are hard to tear apart without ripping part of the ticket off. the perforation could be a bit better.

These tickets were advertised as being available for same day pickup. After ordering, was notified they would be available for pick-up the next day which was OK with me. Then I was notified that they weren't available for pick-up and I had to Order them and pay shipping but the shipping cost would be waived if I contacted Customer Service. It took (3) Customer Service reps to actually finish the process. The first explained why I was going through the rigamaroll. The 2nd told me to place the order then they would transfer me to someone who could refund the shipping. They sent me back to the entry point with the computer and after 12 minutes wait, I queried if anyone was still there. I then received a pop-up asking what my problem was. I finally got to Customer Service person %233 who quickly issued the refund.

Not as pictured
The roll of tickets I received were not as pictured. They did not have the circular cutouts separating the tickets which generally make them easier to tear apart. The paper was sturdier than the last roll I purchased, but still not the high quality I have purchased in the past. Disappointed.
