love this note pad. the hard cover helps keep it safe in my kitchen drawer. i love that it opens vertical. the paper tests out easily. the paper is thick as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pen and Gear notebook is a hardcover with reinforced corners. I love the size of the pad, and you can fold the cover back when in use. Just the right side with perforated sheets and college ruled. I'm a list maker and this is perfect for me. I also like the color of the pages and lines. Not 2 sided though.

The quality matches the attractiveness, with heavyweight perforated pages that tear with ease. This notepad can be used for casual note taking, but is also nice enough to be used as stationary.

The micro-perforated pages are a great as they hold tight yet tear without effort when needed. I am a big fan of the cover. It is durable and professional looking which is great for when I meet with clients. Oh, the gold edges really set it off. I really enjoy this notepad.

When it's opened, there is a nice design on the interior. The paper is a nice size and quality, and comes perforated. It separates easily at the perforation and doesn't leave rough edges. It looks and feels like a good quality product.
