Would buy again!
This worked out great for some large patches in the back and some very thin areas in the front. We raked, aerated and aggregated the topsoil before applying. Watered several times a day and kept it wet, you'll know when to water as it dries out and changes color. 20 days later and the new grass is thick and beautiful!

Great Grass seed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Pennington Smart Patch Grass seed at the store. My grass was looking very bad in some areas and then I put this stuff on my grass and then waited a couple of days and my grass started looking better.. My grass became very nice looking. I like how the grass became so green in such a little time

Works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been doing some yard work these past few months so my yard has been a mess. With all the mess comes bald patches and spots. I used this smart patch mix and it worked well. Got rid of the patches within a few weeks. It wasn't a miracle of course but if used correctly there shouldn't be any issues. This made my yard look so much nicer and presentable.

Grass is greener on my side!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so I was a little skeptical. We had two bare spots at the top of a hill that has NEVER grown grass. We put this down the first week of October. Nothing the first week, but week two I had a little grass. By week 4 you would never know there wasn't always grass there. I highly recommend!!

No results at all. Doesn't look like anything germinated, and certainly, nothing grew. Waste of time and money. Thanks!
