This Grass is exceptional and I had no problem starting it with just a very little bit of soil on top of it. I have two or three little patches in a 200 square-foot area that are maybe a foot or so around other than that the grass is lush a beautiful Green and actually pretty easy to grow around September I will oversee everything and it should be looking like a golf course seriously good stuff it Sprouted in 14 Days and In a Month it's 3” Tall

It works really good and quick results if water enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These two photos were taken exactly three weeks apart, from 5/8 to 5/29. Even though my neighbor's landscaper kept ignoring my repeated warnings not to cut or blow debris into this area, the seed still came in beautifully. Soil temps were all over the place during that stretch, ranging from 55°F to 78°F, which is pretty typical for unpredictable spring weather here in the Northeast. I stuck to watering twice a day, and despite everything working against it, this seed filled in the bare patch on my side lawn after I removed a large thorn bush. The seed mix itself is impressive too. I didn't see any weeds in the blend at all. I intentionally skipped Mesotrione because I wanted an honest read on whether the mix contained any weed seeds, and it passed the test. Safe to say I'll be buying more for future over-seeding and patch repair. If you care about your lawn as much as I do, this seed is absolutely worth trying.
