Quick growing

CD November 11, 2025

There seemed to be a lot of filler material in with the seeds. Not full listed seed weight in the bag. Seeds came up quick after planting in less than ideal soil. Would use again.

So far no germination

dawn April 3, 2026

I followed all directions and they don't seem to be germinating very well at all, prep, planting spreading and watering but little germinating, however they do guarantee their product so will return unused product.

Misleading packaging!

Lori May 7, 2026

We were pretty disappointed in this product. As others have stated, each bag is hit or miss on germination. A big misleading advertisement on the package is the coverage of 1000 sq ft. We've just put our second bag on about 300 sq ft. This patch of grass was thatched before spreading the clover seed. It's been watered regularly as well. We also used a starter fertilizer on it. Overall we're pretty disappointed. We thought one bag would seed our entire lawn, but it definitely won't. Hoping this second bag helps close the gaps. The picture I attached is at 7 days from planting the first bag of seed. Just a side note...the bag does say it contains a combination of seed and mulch, not just seed. We may try a different brand and see if we have better luck for our remaining lawn areas.

Not good

kayla May 15, 2026

I weighted it an it was only 1.3lbs and barley covered the tiny square I needed it fore.

The whole product is a scam, the bag is full of dirt, I would estimate there is less than a 1/4 cup of seed in the whole bag, the seed has been coated, and the little quantity of coated seed is mixed with filler, what seemed to me a bargain price, became a rip off marketing scam, beware of this product, my second regret is that I did not return the opened bag, and request a refund

There's no seed!

Jeff April 12, 2026

The product claims to be a 2lb bag of white clover seed. It is not! It is a 1lb 15oz bag of filler and 1 oz of white clover seeds. I plant a lot of clover for deer and there is not even close to a cup of seed in the bag.

Mostly filler

Jessi February 28, 2026

Soooo much inert material. I wish I had read the reviews and looked at user photos. Bag says 2 pounds, but it's probably only a 1/4 of a pound of actual seed.

DON'T BUY. It doesn't germinate. We cleaned the yard down to dirt. Loosened the soil. We bought 10 bags! to overseed the back yard. We covered with hay. Maybe 10 glovers popped up. Now I have to file dispute with my cc company to get my money back.

Unfortunately nothing grew

Chanda May 2, 2026

Unfortunately, it simply did not grow. Maybe I got a bad bag or maybe my soil is at fault. But, I have zero clovers. I tried it in both the front and back yards--in both sunny and shadier spots. Nothing.

Hardly any clover seed inside

Abe May 4, 2025

I chose this seed based on price per pound. At $4 per pound it was half of the mail order seed I've bought in the past. Then when I went to spread it, I realized that this is a seed/mulch mix. Look at the photo. That's the whole bag dumped into my seed spreader. The brown stuff is mulch. The grey/black circles that look like poppy seeds are the clover seeds. They make up less than 5% of the total volume. I'd rather pay twice as much to get 100% seed.
