These boots are extremely well made and are really nice looking. I can't belive i only paid 20.00 for them! They do run just a tiny bit too big, but with some heel inserts they will be fine. i got the PU black in a size 10.

Love these boots! So much, I just ordered a black pair. A little memory foam would make them perfect but a cushion insole put in them will make it a little softer on the feet. The other thing that I love besides they look great on, is the thick lug sole which is great for sure footing in the snow. Fyi, the side of the boot that has a zipper, part way down but does not move ,is for decoration. Great boot for the price.

Let me start this review by singing praise. It's the first boot in a long while that actually zipped over my thick calves. I have 17" wide calves so finding a tall boot to fit me was amazing. Next category is appearance. Overall a decent look, suede finish was nice however there is a second ornamental zip on the outer side. It is purely decorative in a fixed half up position and cannot be changed. For me this looked really sloppy and not the style I wanted and the reason why this isn't a 5 star rating. I do like the slouched cut of the front of the boot, the wrinkles along the shin looks nice especially in suede. Now the fit. Again love the feel of the wide calf, chef's kiss perfection for boot height as well. The toe box was a little cramped, my toes were being squeezed together but I can handle that. I had plenty of room at the top of my toes, about a thumbs worth of extra space. The height of the heel is great, not comical but respectable. However, the heel support wasn't centered properly for my foot, I noted that the heel is all the way at the back of the sole and leaves a lot of the arch insecure. I felt like the sole of my foot was left without a firm surface for support. It's an issue I've had with a lot of modern heeled shoes. I felt unbalanced and felt bruising beginning because only a third of my heel was actually making contact with a firm surface. If the toe box wasn't already tight I would consider going down a half size and see if this resolved the fit issue. I debated deducting a star for this but I understand it may be a just me fit issue that others don't mind. They are decent boots but not the style I was looking for. Debating on if I will return them or not.
