test before you use - one bad, one great
Good thing I got two, one of them was bad at high temperatures. I tested it with the ohmmeter at room temperature, installed it and it still failed. I swapped in the other one and it worked. Temperature | Expected | Observed 20ºC/70ºF | 2MΩ | 2MΩ *assume it's good install it 100ºC/212ºF | 150kΩ | 2MΩ *realize it's bad toss it Turns out the first one was "stuck" at ~2MΩ and since I didn't test it at higher temperatures, I didn't notice the treachery.
