Does what it is supposed to do. Only one moving part easily replaced when necessary. Works better than any knock off brands and I have tried several. My pool is an odd shaped kidney bean, but it navigates easily. I had to cut to fit a section of hose so it would not catch on stairs. Not a problem now.
My first Kreepy is 9 years old and still works great, with all new replacement parts I installed myself. This Kreepy was purchased for a larger oblong pool and does a great job! I do recommend this product as a must-have for lower maintenance pool cleaning.
Product was great I have had two Kreepy Krauleys previosly, I just decided on another type of cleaner. This time and returned it. Walmart has a ways to go with return tracking and notifications of refund. Nowhere near what Amazon offers but will try again.
I am not sure why some people had problems with the Kreepy Krauly Kruiser. I took off my older Kreppy Krauly and dropped the new one in the water. It worked great. No adjustments needed and it has not got stuck by my steppes like the old on did at odd times. I had the older light blue unit and wish that I had switched sooner.
This machine has made the biggest difference as far as the cleaning of our pool. The machine is easy to assemble and does the job well. Wish we would have known about it years ago. This is the only choice to make for a product like this. My brother agreed. He bought one and is glad he did. Get one ASAP. You will be amazed.
I have had the Kreppy Krauly Kruiser about one week now. It replaced a Hayward Navigator. My initial assessment is that I am very happy: -Good value, about half the cost of the Navigator -Easy to setup and get "krauling" -Cleans and "krauls" my entire pool -Has not yet gotten stuck on the main drain covers
Excellent machine, it resolved my pool bottom sediment acumulation do to air quality contaminants. Thanks
Great product just wish the ring that protects it from rubbing on the side of the pool was included since it is pictured . The cleaner works fantastic
The older version creepy crawler was very durable... In particularly the hoses that came with it... The newer version creepy crawler hoses are very low quality... I have only had the item for a few weeks maybe a month tops and the hoses are wearing down to the point that it's allowing air to come in. These hoses need to be super durable because they're constantly rubbing on the marsite of the pool... The older version had very durable strong thick hoses whereas the new hoses are translucent type plastics that wear down too quickly. Luckily I bought the warranty plan which it looks like I'll be using real soon. My message to creepy crawler manufacturing is go back to the old hoses... Don't cut corners with the hoses they need to be super durable.
i owned a pool service installation/rebuild businesses 4 25 yrs, bought and Sold tens of dozens of kkks. Never dad a problem with them 20yrs later i buy 1 and this thing goes for literally 2 or 3 min and locks up! I dont know if this was a defect or if these things r so cheep now it comes down 2 cheap parts cheap labor bad product. 🤔 im afraid its the latter.
