Pentair Master Temp 125 High Performance LoNOx Natural Gas Pool & Spa Heater

The heater arrived Friday afternoon and there was damage to a cover so it's being replaced Tuesday with a replacement and the customer service so far has been excellent and I will follow up when the unit is swapped.

Ordering was simple. Heater exactly as described and delivered in a timely manner arriving in perfect condition. Installation was straightforward if you have basic electrical and plumbing knowledge. Brings outdoor spa up to temp rapidly.

Heated, my pool up in less than 10 hours from 71° to 88 degrees. My pool holds 9000 gallon.

Installation went smoothly and heater is working perfectly.

Great heater

First in for most, dohenys customer service was amazing, I had issues with the actual shipping company but Doheney is never failed me through the whole shipping process of address changes, they were amazing. As far as the actual heater, I won't be installing it for another week so I can't answer that question however, in a few weeks I will have a review letting you know what I feel about the heater in general.

I have some good DIY skills and a friend who is former contractor to hook up the gas. We had to do some replumbing of the water lines, but the heater worked first time out. I watched a youtube installation video and picked up a great tip that my original installer had not thought of, put in a by-pass so that when you shock the system, the water can not flow through the heater which will make it last longer.

We are extremely satisfied to be repurchasing this exact same model for our in-ground 20,000 gallon walk-in 9-foot deep lagoon-style gunite pool and spa combo! Our neighbor's trees prevent direct sun, so we reply on Pentair's natural gas MasterTemp 125 to provide us reliable, fast, safe, and continuous heating every time we demand it. Ordering from Doheny's is always the easiest. The delivery was quick and reliable. We are confident for this second unit to last 7 years just like our first one; or even longer!

This item was on back order when I placed my order. Once it was in stock Doheny had it to me within 2 days! We had the gas line run and fired it up at later on that night, by the next morning our pool was at 84 degrees and ready to swim! We've been enjoying it ever since. Best decision ever to go with this model and Doheny had the best price and availability from anywhere else.

We ordered the incorrect heater we ordered propane instead of natural gas our fault. To ship it back cost entirely too much money the other option was to get a converter kit which we did. We are happy with the product now. Just make sure you do not have to return the item freight shipping back is on you and Doheny will not help you by using there account to have it picked you even if you pay them.
