Pentair Master Temp 125 High Performance LoNOx Natural Gas Pool & Spa Heater

Ordering was simple. Heater exactly as described and delivered in a timely manner arriving in perfect condition. Installation was straightforward if you have basic electrical and plumbing knowledge. Brings outdoor spa up to temp rapidly.

The heater arrived Friday afternoon and there was damage to a cover so it's being replaced Tuesday with a replacement and the customer service so far has been excellent and I will follow up when the unit is swapped.

Heated, my pool up in less than 10 hours from 71° to 88 degrees. My pool holds 9000 gallon.

This is a replacement for an 8 year old similar product. It was super easy to install and much more light weight than I anticipated.

Installation went smoothly and heater is working perfectly.

Great heater

It is too early to have an objective evaluation of any consumer durable appliance's performance, including this pool water heater. For a month, so far it has been real great. My installation technician told me, though, that a customer has had one similar unit functioning for a long time perfectly well.

First in for most, dohenys customer service was amazing, I had issues with the actual shipping company but Doheney is never failed me through the whole shipping process of address changes, they were amazing. As far as the actual heater, I won't be installing it for another week so I can't answer that question however, in a few weeks I will have a review letting you know what I feel about the heater in general.

We ordered the incorrect heater we ordered propane instead of natural gas our fault. To ship it back cost entirely too much money the other option was to get a converter kit which we did. We are happy with the product now. Just make sure you do not have to return the item freight shipping back is on you and Doheny will not help you by using there account to have it picked you even if you pay them.
