Pentair MiniMax Series Pool Heater Digital Temperature Control Board | 472100

This control board is a drop-in replacement for the Pentair MiniMax HTR-200-NT-STD-NH pool heater. Note this does not come with the overlay that acts as the user control panel. Pentair does not make the replacement overlay anymore. You can find a quality aftermarket online. My existing control board became partially inoperative. The temperature readout, temperature controls and mode controls stopped working. However, the Power and Pressure SW indicators were still working. The heater ignition control module inside the heater did not show any faults so I took a chance that it was just a bad temperature control module. The new board came slightly damaged. One of the diagnostic LEDs on the back side of the board was partial broken (LED15). I glued it back together with superglue but there is no way to know if the LED works. It was just a diagnostic LED so I kept going with the installation. Make sure to clean the rubber seals and use silicone grease on them to help them seal better. The installation was straight forward and I completed it with no issues including the replacement overlay. The heater is now operating normally. The display and LEDs are bright enough for the heater's sunny location. So far it works like new.
