Pentair Stainless Steel Corded Electric SuperFlo High Performance Pump

I needed this product as a replacement for my failed pool pump as quickly as possible. I searched everywhere, and this website was by far the quickest turnaround time. It was also the lowest price. The product itself is fine (I was looking for an exact replacement for ease of installation, so I can at least say that it's good enough to not go out of my way to look for a different model). My 5 star review is more for the website itself; the fast shipping and reasonable prices are not too good to be true.

I ordered the item on a Thursday afternoon from several states away and it was here before noon of the following morning with the shipping included. The only bad thing about it all was a snarky email reply from their customer service regarding no military discount.

It works great.

I like everything about the product except that it's a little more noisy than my previous one. Has a high pitch whine that my other one did not have. But everything else is better including the wiring connections location on the top where it is much easier to get to. Otherwise it would have been a 5.

pump is behind a vinyl fence but you can still hear it from across the entire yard. You can hear it inside at night. I should have paid more attention to the review that described exactly what I am experiencing and not to the Pentair website saying this is a quiet pump. I have had 2 different brands of pumps at another pool I owned and they are very quiet.

Dohenys customer service was awesome as I returned this item and they were very helpful. But for others in the market I would advise against this pump. It was so much louder than any pump I have had in last 20 years. Would have to turn off to sit outside by pool if I wanted to relax and enjoy.
