We would definitely recommend this product
The pump is doing a great job......quite a few new changes during the years since our last pump....however, works very well to keep our pool clean

The pump was delivered promptly and performs as expected. My only disappointment is with the warranty from Pentair. I had the pump installed by a pool professional. The information I read indicated that installation by a professional would qualify for a 2 year warranty. However, Pentair considers In The Swim to be an e-commerce vendor and not a pool store. It was in Pentair's disclaimer as I read it more thoroughly. Perhaps In The Swim could make the case with Pentair to provide the full 2-year warranty.

Speedy delivery but poor packaging. Pump arrived with couple of damages and manual almost unreadable.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Seller is completely unresponsive to multiple emails and phone messages that were left regarding missing items. BUYER BEWARE
