People's Choice Beef Jerky - Classic - Original - Big Slab - Thin Sheets - 15 Count, 1 Bag

These are the big slabs they used to sell at every liquor store in the early 2000's. Slight heat, slight sweet and are basically human chew toys. I will literally fold a slab in half and stuff it into my pocket if i go do something outdoorsy. People also strangly get a kick out of it when they discover you nonchalantly have pocket jerky. Also, as my title mentioned, if you see white spots on your jerky, its a 99% chance its just fat droplets that were squeezed out of the meat during the drying process (they have a whole page on their website dedicated to explaining this). I was worried the first time i saw it but now i know it just means this is an extra tasty slab.

It has a sweet spiciness to it that makes it very enjoyable.

The Original has sweet taste and sticky to eat do not know if its sugar or honey component. Wish it was just simple recipe little salt, sugar component smoked. Just do not like having to wash my hands to get stickiness off.

A little bit to sweet but not overwhelming

Not the right jerky for me although thin most was too tough and on the hard side. I've had their standard jerky and loved it so was surprised at quality on this batch.

It's a good jerky, not too expensive and, on average, it usually tastes pretty good, plus, I never received a pack that was punctured. The only problem is that each pack is different, not all of them taste uniformly good, some packs reek or garlic, others lack flavor. They need much better quality assurance because, if not for the fact that no two packs taste the same, I'd definitely give them five stars, instead of three. The last two packs I purchased, one is very dry, with almost no taste at all and peppers falling off and the other one is slimey, with smell resonating from the bag and going everywhere. You never know what you'll get so beware.

Flavor is good but the texture of the slabs are Inconsistent. Some of them are soft and chewable while others feels like you’re chewing on leather. I think I found mold in my product too? Not sure

Suppose to get 10.00 bucks off but I never received it.

I did not receive my package. Wal Mart refused me to give me a refund. Will I order from the Wal Mart website again? No. Wal Mart has the worst customer service. I filed a claim with Fed Ex and Fed Ex is not helping either.
