These are perfect to have with coffee or tea. My kids like grabbing 2 cookies and adding vanilla ice cream in the middle and making it an ice cream sandwich.

I love them and have to keep them at an arms reach not to eat them all. They are super yummy and would buy again for myself!

I described it as being reminiscent of mac and cheese, but I don't know how to explain that. It was tasty, however perhaps there was a slight flavor of cheese in the butteriness that my brain took it too. So just expect that these cookies may be on the creamier, somewhat savory side of dessert. They are also nice and crispy, which I prefer in cookies.
