Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse Sourdough Bread, 24 oz Loaf is almost 5 stars. I'd like it if there were 1/4 stars then it would get 4 %26 3/4 stars so I rounded up to 5. The bread tastes fresh, makes awesome French Toast, and it doesn't mold by the time me and my mom polish it off which is usually a week. I would definitely recommend this sour dough bread because it is amazing just like I feel with all of the Pepperidge Farm bakery items I have ever purchased!

I like that it comes double wrapped with a seal inside. There's a decent amount of preservatives so the bread doesn't go bad as quickly as regular sourdough breads do, however the downside is that it has less sourdough flavor and texture, it feels basically like eating regular white bread.

It's nice to have a different varieties of bread to choose from, and I do love the sourdough of pepperidge farms. I have to admit there's probably some sourdough out there. that's better you know from a from a make it that day bakery but this isn't bad

The bread I received best buy/expired date was the same as the day I received my order. And yes, it was stale bread. This is the second time. I just didn't review the first time. Both Walmart in house and other app shoppers need to pay attention to dates, particularly on BREAD.

I find there are way too many ingredients that no one would put in bread that you would make at home. At one time, all I bought was Pepperidge Farm products, and they tasted fine. Now we have all-natural breads available without all the extra and unnecessary ingredients, and I personally can taste the difference.

I received notice that it was not available. there was a delivery notice at 2 to 4 p.m. yesterday, I was not able to call it up for substitution 2 hours earlier. there should be a way to contact the person filling the order. I'm almost out of sourdough bread and do not need another order over $35.00 to shop.

This is overpriced because of the name. If you ever wanted to Google it you'll say that it is one of the products that rely on its old-fashioned name and has tons of additives. It does not in any way shape or form resemble sourdough bread. It might have some sourdough starter in it but that is it. I will not be buying this again

this bread is double wrapped. IWalmart delivered to me yesterday and today i had one slice of toast . This evening I decided to take out several slices to put in freezer bags. Thats when I noticed 2/3 of the bag is moldy green. I checked the plastic bread tag and the past due date shows May 9th. This bread was delivered to me on June 1.

Ordered Sourdough bread for delivery. Apparently the brand I ordered was out, because I received this Pepperidge Farm bread as a substitution. The bread was completely stale and falling apart. Upon further inspection, the entire bottom half of the loaf was MOLDY. This is obviously completely unacceptable. This is about the 3rd loaf of stale bread I've received, but MOLDY?! Guess I need to stop ordering bread from the Walmart here!
