Pepperidge Farm White Sandwich Bread, 16 oz Loaf

This is now absolutely my go to bread for private use. The slices are very thin, but hold together well. Three slices are about the same size together as one slice of Pepperidge farm regular bread and the size of the individual slices is smaller than normal bread. Where I used to avoid bread now this is pretty much the only bread I ever buy. I would recommend it to anyone trying to cut down on bread consumption and avoid carbs.

I just have to say how thrilled I am that the Marietta Walmart is carrying Pepperidge Farm White Bread on a regular basis! For well over a year, I couldn't find this bread anywhere. Even when I occasionally found it at the Vienna Walmart, it usually had to be shipped to the store, which could take up to two weeks, and then there was no guarantee I'd be able to find it again after that. As someone who absolutely loves Pepperidge Farm White Bread, this was incredibly frustrating. I ended up having to buy the wide farm-style breads instead, and I honestly hated them. They were difficult for me to manage and made something as simple as enjoying a normal sandwich a challenge. Now that the Marietta Walmart seems to keep Pepperidge Farm White Bread in stock, grocery shopping has become so much easier. I can finally make and enjoy regular sandwiches again without having to hunt all over the place or wait weeks for a shipment. It may seem like a small thing, but for me it has made a huge difference. Thank you, Walmart Marietta, for carrying this product consistently. You have one very happy customer who is grateful to have her favorite bread back on the table!

i dont know what it is about this bread but it is great for making sandwiches it is a bit more dence so holds together better doesnt get soggy .i really like this bread

This is my step-mom's favorite bread, as she was ruined by my dad, as this was his favorite. The taste is very good, as is the quality.

You need to keep this in stock. its so good it flies off the shelf

I suffer from IBS. most breads are hard to digest. This bread is perfect.

I've been buying and using it for many years. Recently made English cucumber sandwiches however I found the bread pretty tasteless. It's not buttery enough, but I guess that's the only thin version available so I have to buy it. I do like Pepperidge Farm better than any other brands. Another issue is that the stores run out of Pepperidge Farm and delivery service may replace it with others.

It wasn't stale, but the first piece of bread after the end piece was not completely soft. Part of that piece of bread felt like it had been sitting out for a while. Even though the loaf of bread came sealed inside its own plastic bag inside the outer plastic bag, the problem probably happened at the factory before it was completely packaged.

This is a white bread which is very high in carbs and I don't eat white bread unless it is SOLA low carb bread. This was not a comparable substitute
