This product did not work in the activity you had posted on your website.
I ordered the Pepsin after reading an activity on your website Eggsploring Enzyme Activity. I followed the instructions and the experiment did not work! I tried it several times but the pepsin solution did not react with the albumin in the test tubes. I was really disappointed.
