Works well if pain keeps you awake at night, contains diphenhydramine (Benadryl) so would not use during the day if Benadryl makes you sleepy.

These work Great, the only problem is that they don't keep any in stock at the store, you have to order them online … but if you're looking for OTC pain medication, I would definitely recommend these Percogesic pills
