Still the best!!
Still the best!!! I've been using these since I was 11 years old. I had horrible menstrual cramps and headaches when I was a young girl. These were the only thing that would stop my pain. They also helped because of the antihistamine, which made me sleep. My mother and grandmother swore by them. I am now 47 years old and I still use them. Not for the same reason but for body pains and ocassional sleeplessness.

Garbage product
I Have chronic pain and thought I would try this and they didn't even faze the pain at ALL. A waste of time and money. Don't buy these.

Be careful of ingredients
I wasted my money because when I got it, I found out the medication I am already on will not work well with this product. So, I have an unopened box.
