New Mattress
It was time for a new mattress and I had been looking around. I chose this one the purchase. It was nice and compact in a 3.5x1.5 ft. upright cardboard box. It is heavy, but I was able to slide it up my stairs by myself. I rolled the mattress on my bed, and found the instructions underneath the plastic wrap. It is tightly wrapped and the instructions specifically states that the wrapping is to be cut with scissors because there may be some spring when unwrapped. As soon as you remove the wrapping it begins to take form. Within minutes it will look like a mattress. Instructions state that the mattress might need 4-8 hours to take shape. I felt that it was much faster than that. I would suggest letting the mattress air out as it does have "newness" smell to it (just like a new car). We had a plastic lined mattress cover so the smell didn't bother us much the first night. The "newness" seemed to wear after a few days. The mattress is firm and very comfortable. We love this technology.

An amazing mattress! Buy this!
I LOVE LOVE this mattress. I've had it for about 3 years now and it feels like it did the day I bought it. It is on the firmer side and my back was so used to sagging spring mattresses, so it took a few days to adjust, but after that, WOW, I've never felt better when walking up. No more back pain, and I love climbing into bed at night. It really is a "Perfect" Cloud.

Best Sleep I've had in Years
I've had back pain for a few years now and have searched for a mattress that would help me sleep better. This mattress not only did that, but it helped me sleep longer, deeper, and wake up more refreshed. It's soft to the touch, but supportive enough that I don't feel like the heavier parts of my body are sinking in deeper and deeper throughout the night. Plus, considering the price point, this was one of the best purchases I have ever made!

To firmAnd didn't last 12 months
Not like sleeping on a cloud. It's very firm. After 12 months use it suddenly lost all its spring back and now it's like sleeping on a board and very stiff. Wish I could afford to buy another brand
