Quality massage roller. Would recommend
Quality massage roller. Easy moving and thicker handles which is nice for arthritic hands. Roller doesn't make any squeaking noise while in use. Glides smoothly. Lightweight. Quick shipping and length or roller made me want to purchase (easier to grab behind back). Little pricey but will last. I recommend. Gets into calves nicely and feet to help with plantar fasciitis and some back stiffness.

good for muscle cramping and pain
Good for muscle pain and cramping. I am 73 and not able to exercise because I have crippling arthritis. But this helps with pain and cramping.

It's great for sore muscles!
I am 70 years old and work out a lot so I get sore muscles all the time. This a great remedy for sore muscles. You massage areas of your body until you find a sore spot, give that area extra treatment, and the soreness goes away. The rollers are hard rubber so they massage deeply without the discomfort you get from hard plastic rollers. I use it every night at bedtime or when I get a specific sore spot.
