After alkaline 88 was discontinued and perfect hydration taken its place. The taste the added minerals was electrolytes has the added benefit I needed and I was able to cut down on other supplements I was consuming. I have told other customers that ask me about the water since they noticed I always buy it. And I really appreciate my store I shop in my community has increased the amount on the shelves. And since I also shop online and use delivery it saves me time and money now that I’m suffering with health issues. Keep up the wonderful things your company is doing. I have been a customer ever since the store opened its doors in Little Rock Arkansas.

I love the water, but you just raised the prices EXTENSIVELY, so I may have to find a different water to purchase, regretfully OR buy FROM A DIFFERENT VENDURE. Good water is essential, but prices are rising on everything %26 it makes it difficult to live. So I may just switch places to shop. This really aggravates me!!! I was going to buy more bottles until I saw the new raised price. But I refused to. it is the principle of things. You're just money hungry, but it will end up costing you customers in the long run! (And I HAVE BEEN buying everything I need from Walmart for over30 years. Doing this is going to Cost You!!!!

This water is like medicine for me. I do much better health-wise drinking it everyday. My only complaint is that the price needs to be reduced! With all the talk of grocery prices coming down, this has risen in price! Please decrease price....nearly $4.00 a gallon! That's way too much for water.

Walmart delivery service makes the product look 👎

Frank December 21, 2025

The water itself is excellent but the delivery of the water is awful. The water is sold as either a package of 6 one gallon bottles or eight one gallon bottles, the delivery of the first batch of the order was 4 gallons then the next day at 4AM?? two boxes are dropped off one has 3 gallons and the bigger box which is torn open and taped together has 5 gallons. The email from the day before states all 12 bottles were delivered that day even though only 4 of 12 bottles were delivered. I’m still waiting for the rest of the order that shows as coming from PA and is delayed. I’ve already been charged for the order over a week ago and Walmart has only delivered about 20% of the order.

Metallic aftertaste.

Diane November 11, 2025

I purchased the three pack of perfect hydration 9.5 alkaline water. I didn't start using it until yesterday, even though it came in an earlier delivery I could not believe how horrible the taste was. It had a metallic, bitter taste and left a taste in my mouth. I was looking forward to a better type water to drink since I recently discovered that a lot of the waters sold have a chemical that never leaves your body. So I decided to try one of the waters that were recommended. Is there anyway I can get a refund on this product? I still have two unopened containers.

Turned yellow

Lisa August 1, 2025

Today 08.02, I just bought this yesterday. It was okay, clear and tasted decent. Went to get more this morning and it was yellow (looked green because of the blue bottle) I took a very small sip and it tasted like metal. Like I licked a coin. Not sure if it’s okay to drink. So I am pouring this out!

I ordered this supposed 9.5 ph for a stomach problem and got heartburn after drinking it. My ph testing strips came in and it tested at a 5 (the same as my water from the faucet). I then made my own (by adding a pinch of baking soda to my water) to test that the strips where working and got a 7. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
