I went into the hospital and the doctor told me that my electrolytes were low. I needed to find a sufficient water that had electrolytes in it. I decided to try perfect hydration. This has been a superior product for me. I feel better when I drink this water. I have a better feeling in my gut area and I seem to have a little bit more pizzazz. I would recommend this to anyone who is seeking a hydration product.

Have no problem with the water, but hen I order It takes a while before I am able to actually get the water from the lockbox where it was delivered to. I have a problem with my shoulder and can't lift anything over five pounds and a case of water is very heavy to walk a distance with. I asked for the delivery to come to my apartment and my request was not received. I made two requests and was told it will come to my apartment and I had to get someone to pick it up for me.

I always miss twice and twice it was not delivered. The day before was supposed to be delivered they said it was canceled. Look at the records on how this was handled.. I tried to talk with an AI person no knowledge of what I was talking about.
