I will admit the packaging though I did not like that it's plastic. I would have wished it was in a glass bottle because then it would make more sense and you would get more of the proper Health benefits

It tasted refreshing which was nice but I didn't notice much else. It did keep me hydrated which of course who doesn't love? But I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it
