[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically buy Poland Spring water so I was happy to try a different brand of water. To be honest it taste the same to me not much of a difference in my opinion except for the electrolytes. But the water was crisp so that's a plus.

I can taste the difference in spring water and purified water. The added electrolytes help with hydration and give the water a crisp, clean taste. I would definitely reach for Perfect Hydration Alkaline Water if I saw it as an option when shopping for water in the future.

The bottle was easy to open and love how the opening is bigger than other brands; it is easier to drink. Opening and closing the lid is not an issue as well. Love the packaging for sure because it is not cheaply made. I definitely recommend this!

I loved that it was more alkaline based, but didn't see a huge difference in my hydration based off one day. So not sure if I would go out of my way to purchase and alkaline water.

It looks clean and is durable. I love how they care about our planet. The water tastes crisp and clean. I will be drinking this more often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a friend who SWEARS by alkaline water so when given the chance to try it I figured why not. In short for those new to the alkaline water scene – it is water that is formulated to have a higher than normal pH level. Increasing the pH is supposed to improve hydration in particular when the body needs the water replaced (ie physical activity). Perfect Hydration comes in at a 9.5+ pH (7 being the norm) so in theory this 20 oz bottle should provide enhanced hydration. I recently cleared a ton of ivy and leave and decided this seemed like a good time to test this product. From a taste perspective – it's good. From a hydration perspective – I'm just not sure I noticed a difference. I drink a lot of water and especially given the price point I'd have to feel a significant difference. Would I turn this down?
