Perfectly Princess Round Cake

The cake tasted good but I felt like there should have been more Bavarian cream put in it. The cake was lopsided and the ruffles on the bottom of the cake weren't even. Also, the scepter was missing. I knew that I was taking a risk buying a cake from Walmart because their cake decorating skills don't look professional and has many flaws. I was just hoping that I would be lucky enough to get a good cake but unfortunately I wasn't lucky. So if you want a perfect looking cake, don't buy from Walmart.

This was my first time ordering a cake online with Walmart. It was super easy to submit my order and pick it up. It was ready on time and everyone at the party remarked at how yummy it was. My only complaint is that I had to submit two orders for two cakes instead of letting me place one order. But I would take that any day for how cost effective it was!

I honestly have to laugh because there's no way the cake I received for my daughter on 09/12–09/13/25 came from the same bakery I've trusted before. I've purchased cakes here in the past and they were always a solid 10/10. This time, it was completely different—the design and quality were horrible. Whoever worked on this order clearly needs more training or oversight. Very disappointing, especially for such an important occasion.

It was my first time utilizing Walmart's bakery for a birthday cake, and I was so impressed. It tasted delicious, I got half white vanilla and half chocolate for the bread, buttercream icing, and I love that the icing had glitter! It looked very pretty everyone complimented the cake. I ordered 10” cake.

when i first got there the lady just handed me the cake and walked away. it was a cake for our daughters first birthday. i told my husband to look at it. it was completely smushed and smeared. we had to search for some help again and look for a worker. than she had to search for the decorator. she blamed it on the heat. said it melted. it had not. it was clearly smushed. she eventually fixed it. we were extra careful and took it back to our campground to celebrate hours later. it never melted after that. long wait to fix it and wouldnt of known hadnt i checked.

I ordered this cake for a pink Minnie Mouse birthday theme, and it came out absolutely beautiful! The design was stunning, and the taste was just as amazing—moist, fresh, and delicious. Since they didn't have the exact theme available, I had to create my own idea, but the cake still turned out perfect and tied in with the celebration. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely order again!

The cake was cracked, the icing was falling off the sides, and the princess crown was jammed in the cake. There is not a wand included like in the advertisement. The bow and sparkles are not edible. Picking up the cake was a hassle because even though my appointment time to pick up was 7pm- everyone working in the bakery had left early. Disappointed, and if I had time before the party, I would have returned the cake. Next time, I'm going to make my daughter's birthday cake myself like I normally do. This was an effort to limit some stress from myself, but overall wasn't worth it.

I needed something that went with my daughter's Fancy Nancy birthday party for her and her 4 friends. She turned 20 years old but wanted another Fancy Nancy party like we had when she turned 4 years old. I called WalMart to see if they could do anything and this cake was perfect!! Thank you!!

This cake was not made the according to the picture everything that was supposed to be on the wasn't. Then didn't have no one to finish the cake and it was my daughter birthday, I had to pick up and finish cake.. Walmart bakery is horrible. Will not be purchasing and no more cake from them

My daughter became sick from her MRI. I couldn't come pick it up. The policy said they'd hold the cake for 48 hours. I called the bakery, the online order department, and tried to even get the operator multiple times and no one ever picked up. I then had my husband arrive the next day to pick up the cake and it was marked as if we had picked it up the day before. Honestly I won't order a cake from Walmart again and will just go back to Publix.
