Perfectly Princess Sheet Cake

We ordered the princess cake with whipped icing and Bavarian crème filling. Our guests kept saying how much they loved it and were surprised that it was from Walmart we wouldn't hesitate to buy from there again. The ordering online was simple and I got exactly was I wanted. The cake was fresh and moist. The writing was made well.

This was one of the best cakes I have ever ordered from Walmart. It was so moist and the custard was so good everyone that was at the party thought it was one of the best tasting cakes they've ever tasted from Walmart. i highly recommend it.I would definitely order this cake again.

Ordered this cake for my mother-in-law's 80th bday! Cake was beautiful, just as pictured and tasted great! Moist and loved the fluffy icing-not too sweet! Everyone asked where it came from. Ordering was easy on line and cake was ready as scheduled. I will definitely order cakes from my Walmart again! Great experience!

The cake design was so pretty. Ordered for my daughter's birthday party. I got many compliments from my friends during the party for the cake . We ordered marble texture without any filling and whipping cream on top , it was so delicious not too much sugar , everyone enjoyed it.

the only negative about this cake was the note on top of it. i bought this for my girl's birthday and was picking it up 15 minutes before the celebration, but their names were incorrect even after providing correct name spellings online. there was even a receipt stuck to the cake that had the correct names. whoever wrote the names was ignorant to even look at the spelling

the cake was super adorable and perfect for my one year olds party. i did however pay 3 dollars extra for Bavarian cream filling but if they put it in there you couldn't tell because there was no layer of cream in the middle. unfortunately there is no way to check units you cut into the cake early

Going to be 100% honest here… when you order a detailed cake from Walmart it's definitely a gamble. Not all bakers have the same skillset to create these intricate cake orders. Definitely I understand from a consumer perspective how it can be misleading but it is Walmart and they're not hiring a lot of bakers that can actually execute each design perfectly. I ordered the cake online and when I saw it I definitely thought it was cute but now looking at the picture it looks more inspired by the other one but not exact. Regardless it wasn't an issue because I just needed a cute princess cake for my toddler. It's definitely worth the money because you get a lot of cake for such a cheap price so I really can't argue with that.

I was very clear that I wanted happy 7th birthday Penelope. It even had it on the label they gave. However they chose not to write that on the cake just happy birthday. It was extremely disappointing as it is a simple request that has been done before. The cake itself was dry compared to previous cakes

Cake was not done when I arrived at the store to pick it up. The 2 employees working were complaining about management the entire time and swearing, it made me very uncomfortable. They did not make my cake as ordered because they "didn't have time" due to the roses needing to be frozen (?) and my cake was made using the wrong colors and accessories. A team lead walked by and said I could get 10% off the cake and I said it was prepaid the week prior she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. When I was trying to understand why my cake wasn't made the employees said they played a guessing game on who would actually pick up their cake that day and that they lost because here I am, waiting for my cake. This was my first and last time ordering a cake from Walmart in Halifax. Extremely unprofessional and highly confrontational. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The cake was incorrectly made. I paid for Bavarian filling, but there was not even one quarter of this filling as the rest of the filling was WHIPPED TOPPING filling which I am allergic to. Also, the skirt was missing from the bottom sides of the cake. The cake was dry and crumbled apart. I have bought my birthday cakes there every year, but absolutely will not ever again.
