Perfect primer
Was unsure about ordering online but transaction went very well. Packaged carefully and it was worth the 3 extra days because this product is perfect for priming over old adhesive that contained asbestos. Came with a cleanser to prep surface. Application went very well

The PerfectPrimer covered the removed tiles better than we expected based on others reviews. Make sure to use the ‘Gatorade’ type rinse included in the packaging to treat the black mastic areas. The primer also covered over well with using cement paint. I bought 3 gallons if the Primer due to concerns of poor coverage but only needed 2 gallons and was able to return the unused / unopened remaining gallon. Our project was about 300 to 330 sq feet. Would recommend using the PerfectPrimer to other DIY ers. Good luck on your project.

Excellent product
Product was very easy to use following the instructions. The gallon covers no more than 110 square feet using two coats. The application process is no different than painting and makes it very easy to use.

This product is amazing it is a simple and low cost means to deal with Black Mastic that contains asbestos. Super product in my opinion.
