I have been using for many years. A good clean product with good ingredients. On the days where I need that extra push to get through a exercise session.

The pre-workout powder really helped energize me while I'm exercising. I felt really good during my workout and afterwards I felt a little less sore and a little more energized. The powder is easy to mix in your favorite fluid. I would recommend using juice. I tried it for the first time in water; it didn't taste the best. I have never tired a pre-work out powder before until I started using this one. I haven't been that much into supplements but I have to say after using this one I really like the results and would continue using this int he future.

One of the worst things about pre-workout is the taste. That is not the case with this one. It taste great and it works pretty quickly. You also don't get any harsh side effects like some others do and I have not experience any crashing afterwards. I love that it is vegan so it's more inclusive. You don't have to be an athlete to use this which is even better because I am definitely not but do you need that extra energy boost to get myself going.

It does give the fruit color and flavor, which I like. I'm lately into working out in trying to stay in shape and get healthy. I use it as a pre-workout beverage, and it has been working well for me. Following the instructions, I use it about 30 minutes before my workout time for better results. I love that this formula is made in a way that it doesn't get me over-hyped. It just strengthens and enhances my body and helps increase my blood flow. For the taste, I will say that it tastes like artificial fruit flavor although the ingredients are all-natural. When I work out, I look forward to building strength and muscles and gain a lot of energy, which this formula helps me achieve. is highly recommended because it works! It helps me workout or even drink it just to help me get the day started! It helps me with my mood as well. I mean when you are tired your not the best you can be. I chug this thing because it has a slightly weird taste but tastes good at the same time which is weird I know. But honestly it's worth it. You do have slight tingling in face but I can assume its blood flowing etc. Try it. Seriously you will enjoy how it makes you feel! As a mom I can tell you this helps!!!

I started using this pre-workout a couple weeks ago so I wanted to let it settle before reviewing. So far what I see is my energy level seems higher than ever. I used to come into a workout cold and started out very lathargic. No I am ready to roll. All ingredients are great for the body and help throughout the day. Def love it.

This pre-workout is really good. First, everything that this brand has produced has been quality. It doesn't stop here. This product gives you the things that are required to help sustain you throughout your workout and everything you need to build that muscle you have always wanted. It is very easy to mix and the Raspberry Lemonade taste is really good. This pre-workout doesn't give the jitters like some others and it doesn't use the fillers that others use as well. This is a great product for the casual person that is just wanting to stay in shape as well as for the athlete who is looking to stay above the curve.

It mixed really well but I did use more water then it asked for. I used a shaker bottle and it comes out fairly smooth, like a typical powder drink mix. The flavor is good, not over sweet and was pretty tasty. Ingredients seem good and I did feel it gives me a little bit of a boost and lasted through out my workout. I felt like I still had good energy for quite some time, so for sure do not drink to close to bedtime.

I am a bit torn how I feel about this pre-workout powder. I do not love the taste and how it goes down but I do think it is helpful for your workout. I felt a bit of a burn drinking this which I actually liked. Sometimes I'm just not sure if it's the placebo effect or if it really is! I like the ingredient list and I plan to keep using this but do wish the flavor was a bit better. I did recieve this item in exchange for my honest opinion and I do recommend it. I think this is a product that can be hit or miss for people so I would definitely recommend trying it.

I mixed this with 8oz of very cold water as instructed. It mixed easily which was a plus, however, the taste was chalky and nauseating. It was difficult to get down on its own. Perhaps adding more water to dilute might make it more tolerable, or adding to a smoothie to disguise the taste would also be a good idea and might actually be great! Overall I was not a fan of the flavor, nor did I feel like it really did anything for my pre-workout routine.
