This is highly recommended because it works! It helps me workout or even drink it just to help me get the day started! It helps me with my mood as well. I mean when you are tired your not the best you can be. I chug this thing because it has a slightly weird taste but tastes good at the same time which is strange I know. But honestly it's worth it. You do have slight tingling in face but I can assume its blood flowing etc. Try it. Seriously you will enjoy how it makes you feel!

I got this with hopes of it getting me amped up to hit the gym. It has done just that it gives the energy without the crash afterwards. The taste isn't bad it does have a tad of a bitter/sour aftertaste but nothing that isn't tolerable. I plan on continuing to use this product it's way better than the previous ones I've tried now those had some funky tastes.

This Performance Inspired Nutrition Pre-Workout Powder is great! I got Tropical Fruit Punch flavor. I just started working out and I have a hard time getting the energy or having stamina to keep going- even with the basic exercise workouts I do. I'm a mom of 5 in relatively ok shape, but I'm working on toning and feeling better through exercise. I started taking several of the Performance Inspired powders and they help a ton! These are not your typical low quality or terrible tasting powders of years ago. They use top of the line, all natural ingredients, with no fillers or junk. The taste of the Tropical Fruit Punch is pleasant and not chalky or odd tasting at all, but I do prefer the Raspberry Lemonade flavor. I add a half scoop to each of my morning smoothies, which consist of frozen fruit, milk, and some protein powder from PI. One of the worst things about pre-workout is the taste. That is not the case with this one. It taste great and it works pretty quickly. You also don't get any harsh side effects like some others do and I have not experience any crashing afterwards. I love that it is vegan so it's more inclusive. You don't have to be an athlete to use this which is even better because I am definitely not but do you need that extra energy boost to get myself going.
