it's not bad it will work for the main reason I bought it for but I had a side reason that I made sure I got something that reaches 600 degrees Fahrenheit and this definitely does not reach hot enough to melt even the cheapest solder on electronics, I legit use this to thin out thick oils 😉 and it works great for that and preheat my pen ✌️✌️
Works great, charged fast, easy to use. long hold power button to power off, it takes longer than you'd expect. otherwise works perfectly.
a nice little heat gun for small projects and spaces...I did heat shrink tubing for wiring on a jeep I got 4 good ones out of a charge...don't recommend for large projects
First of all the pricing was perfect. I must admit that I initially was buying this on the company's own website. They sent me the wrong tool. I returned it asap. Tried to rebuy it but no response. Decided to go to Walmart and the exact same heat gun was $11 cheaper. I'm using this heat gun for fusing wires together. Wireless is a game changer. Love the flexibility of not fighting with twisted/tangled cords. Glad I purchased this.
I like that it is battery operated and can be used in tight locations for thawing ice on small areas of snowblower and ATV after cold winter use in the snow. By far not as powerful as my plug in one but it does produce heat in small specific areas like I was hoping it would for thawing ice around parts of small equipment where an electric outlet is not available.
I measured the temperature at the nozzle after 2 minutes of running and it only reached 285 degrees. Not the 400 to 600 as advertised. They also advertise a 15 to 20 minutes running time and the battery died after only 7 minutes. I don't know what purpose this air gun would have other than drying a Barbie Doll's hair.
items old and old box batteries no good
Will not hold a charge at all, piece of junk, don;t waste your money, returning to Walmart tomorrow.
didn't hold a charge for very long and the fan is not strong and the temperature is not very hot.
very easy, convenient and safe. i like that i can put it away right after use without worrying it will melt anything. also very quiet.
