Decent Design / Horrible Quality
Pros: (1) Securely holds work piece. (2) Mounting slots are approximately 4" apart on center, allowing attachment to many small drill press tables. (3) Opening between jaws for drill bit to pass through work piece without damaging vise. Cons: Very sloppy jaw due to poor machining. Sliding jaw is secured to body of clamp by a metal plate that is screwed to the underside of the sliding jaw, which rides on two ground 'rails on the bottom of the clamp body. These rails are not even thickness or parallel. Tightening the plate screws reduces play in the sliding jaw, but even moderately tightened the plate binds on the rails and won't close. The screws have to be extremely loose to allow the vise to close (only 1-2 threads engaging), which makes for an extremely sloppy jaw action.

Bad Deal
Came without anyway to mount it, no nuts and bolts, did not fit the drill.press, nit worth returning.
