Performance Tool W54059 2-Piece Universal Rubber Strap Wrench Set, 3/8-Inch to 6-1/2-Inch Diameter, Yellow/Black

My polished nickel bathroom faucet's cartridge became corroded due to our hard water and I just could not get the decorative ring securing the faucet to the sink off. I did not want to scratch the appliance, so I ordered this set of wrenches from Walmart. The directions on the back of the package were clear and easy to understand. I did exactly what it said, and the faucet was able to be removed easily without any damage to it or the sink. The grip felt secure and it took less effort than I expected. It was exactly what I needed and I can see it coming in handy in the future.

I needed a strap wrench for two purposes. I do my oil changes so I need to be able to get the oil filter off and it works very well for that. It's good fit. The other thing is I have some plumbing repairs to do and the strap prevents any damage to the exterior of the faucets. The rubber is as described very soft and nonslip well worth the money I'd recommend it.

Really need to use it more for an honest review, but I have been looking to purchase a set of these for quite a while. I am happy with the purchase.

I needed to remove a tub spout and I couldn't budge it by hand. These straps got the job done and was able to remove and replace the old spout

for a person trying to remove part of a faucet that a plumbers wrench wouldn't budge, this strap tool can be helpful and often successful. Unfortunately for me it did not work. I've had no previous experience with such a tool so comparison is difficult. I'm not returning it. It seems to grip very well and as comfortable in the hand. The instructions are clear and the internet has countless videos of just how useful this tool can be in real life.
