Performance Tool W54154 Shaker Siphon Hose

I get gas rewards from my grocery store, but my gas tank is too small to maximize the benefit. I take a portable gas can to get the most gas allowed and then use the hose to transfer gas to other things as I need it. This hose is so easy to use and it really helps me save money, which is not easy to do these days. If you need a siphon hose, I recommend you get this one. The materials used are high quality and the construction is sturdy. I expect this is going to last me quite a while.

I asm a prepper and was looking for siphon hose for gasoline to have in an emergency. After much research I cam across a video on this type of siphon. Simply by inserting the hose and just shaking the end, the liquid began to pour. I did further rersearch and found the best price here at Walmart. I decided to buy it. I experimented with water with the siphon hose. It workls great! No having to pump or use suction, simply shake the end of the hose!

I bought this siphon hose and another one online from another company. the other one was very low quality, although priced similarly. I would definitely recommend this product. works great for putting gas from the portable gas can into the boat.

hose worked well,used to remove fuel from tank that accidentally had antifreeze put in it.Very handy will use for other purposes, transferring gas for lawnmower

This Shaker Siphon worked great! Just put the metal end all the way down your container or tank and shake the hose a few times and the liquid starts flowing out the other end of the tube.

Whoever packed the hose put kinks in it. I think I can remove by using a hair dryer. Not the end of the world but people just do not care about doing something correctly the first time.

The brass fitting slipped out of the hose too easily, causing worry about losing fitting inside of tank, therefore I re-enforced with a very small zip tie which needed to be trimmed to fit into the fuel tank opening. That being said, the models using a small hose clamp wouldn't have worked at all.

The tubing on this siphon is so stiff and bent that it's practically unusable. I'd say find a better option if flexibility is important.

Description clearly states this is for auto use. My car takes unleaded fuel like 90% of the cars on the road. I tried inserting this into the fuel tank and the fitting jammed in the opening. Upon trying to pull it back out, the hose pulled off and now it's stuck on the fuel opening. Poor product poor description.
