I recently bought this spring pulling hook and wish I would have one back in the 90's . This tool gave me great pulling power with out the worry of the spring slipping off. The tool is great for smaller springs such as those on Lawn mowers , breaks and other smaller machinery .

When I purchased the spring hook, it was not the one that I wanted. But after I got it home and used it, it worked out just fine. I have used it for several other activities that did not incorporate stretching a spring. It is very versatile and well worth the price. I'm very pleased that I purchased this item.

I bought this tool to help install a drive belt on a zero turn lawn mower. The adjustment spring is on a very difficult place but this tool made it a breeze!

This is a decent tool with a stated "lifetime warranty." You can find the same tool for a lot less online, but the warranty is the problem. If you use these a lot, the warranty service is important because they do eventually break.

I thought I was going to need professional help installing a new belt for a finish mower because I couldn't get the spring into the proper position. Without the tool, the spring slipped back before I could reach the metal bracket.

Works quite well. Has a shorter handle than another similar tool I have. Wish the "T" handle was a little thicker to give a better grip when pulling on a spring.
