PERFORMIX Men's 8HR Time-Release Multi Dietary Supplement 60 liquid capsules + MuscleTech Fish Oil

As an insulin-dependent diabetic, I have taken this product for quite awhile. Maybe a year or so? That's a guess. However, for 2 simple pills per day, the effects are amazing! I don't workout, but use this just to function well enough to be "normal" on a daily basis. As with everything in life, some things work while other things don't. It's wotrth a try if you're looking for a good multi-vitamin. Its effects will stay with you over the course of a day because of the time release factor. I take 99 GNC pills per day, along with 3 powder supplements and a protein powder when the blood sugar dips below 100; so, to be honest I can't specify how it works for me, but I do know, at the end of a day, I haven't lost any energy; for me, that's HUGE!!!!! Diabetics are notorious for losing energy quickly!!!! We have to eat food to keep it up. However, I have an eating disorder which prevents me from knowing when to stop eating. So, I've given up food and taken up supplements. As a result, I've not only saved my own life, but feel better than I have in my entire life!!! When taking a vitamin, such as this one, one has to remember that attitude is of primary importance!!! If you believe it's working for you, it will!!!!! The mind has incredible power over the body!! If you want to ty it, do!! Just believe it will work and give it time to do its magic!! It's not a wonder drug, but for what it does, it does very, very well!! I have a very scewed-up body, but this multi and the other supplements I take, are bringing me to a state of "normalcy."

I had been looking for these at GNC and vitamin shoppe and couldn't find them anymore. I had used them in the past and really liked them. The only issue with these is that having fish oil, some times one pill will leak causing for some of them to stick and will give the fish oil smell. However, it hasn't happened with every bottle I've purchased. When it comes to product results, these are great, probably the best multivitamin that actually makes you feel the difference. I hope performix doesn't stop making these. I have used them for years and will continue to do so.
