i was a little worried about taking this, because it contained caffeine, and lets face it, I have to have my cup of coffee every morning. I was concerned I would have the jitters or super hyped up. but that never happened. it does say not to take with other caffeine products. my coffee cups are usually around 12 oz a day. this you have to take in the morning and on an empty stomach. so I took it, then I had my coffee. the only thing I experienced was stomach issues involving the bathroom, but I think that was normal for this and plus I have no gallbladder, so that could be why also. I only took one pill, the serving size is 2 pills a day, but they also state that not everyone needs the 2 pill a day dose. so I am happy with the 1 pill dose. I did not have the jitters, and after the bathroom I was fine all day, I felt like I had more energy, and I did feel better overall. I also have problems swallowing pills, and I had no problem swallowing them. so I do like these and will continue to take them. the only little issue I found was the bottle it comes in is attractive to little kids, and there is just a seal to keep freshness in, other than that it's a twist top and can easily be opened by kids. and the pills themselves are interesting to look at too, so store up high or keep out of sight.

After just one capsule, you can tell very quickly you get an extra boost of energy that last most of the day. I noticed a difference through my entire work day of 9 hours, easily. Not quite jittery, but definitely a difference. Per the recommended dosage instructions, you are to start with just one capsule and potentially work your way up from there. I have never been comfortable taking more than one due to how significant the energy boost is with just one. It is borderline too much with one and can sometimes make me get off track with what I am trying to accomplish because of how much energy I have and the feeling of needing to get up and do something. I have a desk job, so this can in some instance be hindrance. I caution you to take as directed and give yourself time to adjust. I feel great with them but don't think I have been taking long enough to notice any skin differences at this point. I do feel full longer and the energy is there, so I feel confident with time the skin hydration will be there too. It is winter so I'm sure that doesn't help. Overall, these are a great supplement to kick start any day!

I began taking the Performix SST Glow Energy, Fat Metabolism & Skin Hydration, Thermogenic Capsules approximately 1 week ago and I can tell you that it definitely revs up the metabolism. I am naturally very active with lots of things on my plate while holding down a full-time, high-demand job and regularly find myself burnt out by around 3 PM. After taking the Performix capsule, I noticed that my energy level is high even later into the evening. I also like the fact that it contains ingredients beneficial to the skin since I am a 70+ woman whose skin is in fairly good condition for my age but it's beginning to lose some elasticity and dryer than it used to be. I really like the Performix product but need a bit more time to fully assess it's effectiveness in breaking down the fat in my middle and the benefit to skin hydration. However, the burst of energy I am having after taking these capsules should logically result in breaking down some fat by the simple increase in activity due to a higher energy level. The reason I gave the capsule a 4-star rating is because recommended dosage is 2 capsules and this bottle has 40 capsules; i.e., 20-day supply. It would've made more sense to offer 60 capsules for a 30-day supply. Also, it is recommended you take the capsules on an empty stomach.

So I've just started taking these this week. I'm a very active female that hits the gym around 5 days a week. They recommend taking in the morning on an empty stomach. I've only been taking one at a time. They are easy to swallow but because you're suppose to take on an empty stomach my stomach has felt queasy Until I eat. The first day I did get hit with the poops but I have felt a difference my nails look good.

I love this product but this one is not like what I've ordered in the past. The contents of the capsules are dark in color; they are NOT supposed to be dark. It looks very old and I could not find an expiration date. I'm not sure if it's safe to take!

It is early to see if I am fully satisfied with this product. I have used it about two weeks and it seems to be working. I have lost 3 pounds and my skin is looking good. I will continue to use it and hope that it does or continue to do what I am hoping for.

I'm sorry to say I cannot even try this new product once I got the product and saw that caffeine is in its ingredients. This could have a nice addition my get healthy plan I been on this year but will clash with my prescriptions and so I'm afraid to even try it. The packaging is really nicely done and the pills inside the capsule make it interesting to look at. Ingredients are not mentioned with spark try me products and so took a chance.
