FEDEX messed up the delivery.
These "Bare root" roses were in the transit for more than two weeks. They arrived dead. Returned them immediately.

After 10 days and not being able to get a message to go through to the supplier, I called costumer service. I really wanted this rose but I watched the fed track tour around the country and it hadn't given a repor since it left Indiana. By then it had gone to 10 locations. Sad that it is lost or dying somewhere in mid west. Still haven't received it
