If you're not a big coffee drinker like I'm not this hot chocolate is perfect for your hit of caffeine to keep you going through the day or get you started in the morning. You don't want to drink it too close to bedtime or you might have trouble sleeping. Overall, it is very delicious and a healthier choice for hot cocoa. My husband also enjoys it.

Perk energy helps my mornings by giving me a little boost of energy. It tastes good. Unless the water is boiling it's hard to mix. I wish the company would use a better sweetener, sucralose upsets my stomach so I can't drink it often. Overall it's a good product and yes I recommend Perk energy drink.
