I trust the product with my animals on the premises. It removes all fleas, ticks, mites, and lice. It's impossible for me to live without it. It's used inside and outside, does not stain fabrics, can be used as a dip for the dogs, and put in small, or large, sprayers. Because there is a small chicken farm on the hill behind my house, lice are a continual problem, but are easily eliminated with the stronger products, which, on the other hand, are too potent to use so close to my animals. Overall, I really depend on the 10% Permethrin.

The smell is to notify user that it's powerful to use sparingly kerosene makes it water repellent The smell of death to in vertebrae pests. My perfume if you want your horse to smell good. Five stars for lower price.

have a fan it's very strong smelling

I have purchased other brands of Permethrin that did not have the kerosine smell. The product is oily and stains. It was very well packaged in bubble wrap and tape. It may be effective against ticks and bugs, but odor is a turnoff.
