Persil ProClean Liquid Laundry Detergent, Original, 75 Fluid Ounces, 48 Loads

I received the Persil ProClean Power-Liquid Original Scent Liquid Detergent to give my honest opinion. I must admit that this detergent has the best smell when it comes to laundry detergent that I have ever used. I mean the smell is strong but sudtle at the same time. I first used it to wash my pajamas and boxer and I was impressed with the smell. After my pajamas and boxer dried, I put it on and notice wow I’m smelling pretty good, it’s as if took a bath with the Persil laundry detergent. Even after the next day, I can still smell the Persil laundry detergent, it’s to the point I really don’t need to but on my cologne, because I still fresh throughout the day. I also like that it came in a 75 oz. bottle which is going to last me a long time, since I’m a single guy. But according to Walmart.com the 75 oz. bottle is supposed to do 64 loads which is pretty impressive. Some of the great thing about this Persil detergent is the Pro-power technology to help remove tough stains for an exceptional clean and that it can be use with white and colored laundry which makes getting my laundry done faster and help with the cost of doing my laundry in my apartment complex. I would definitely recommend the Persil ProClean Power-Liquid Original Scent Liquid Detergent to anyone that wants a clean and fresh smelling clothes that last throughout

First of all I love the fact that when you pour this into the cup then into the washer it does not seem to be as messy as other detergents I have used in the past. I really like the bottle. The smell of the product is wonderful. A lot of times once you wash the product you can not smell the detergent after the clothes are dry well not with this detergent. I used no fabric softener or anything else just this product in the washer and even three days later sheets I washed and put on the bed still smell like this detergent clean and fresh!!! Its wonderful!! Now, most important how well this detergent actually cleans the clothes well, it works great!! I washed a couple old dish towels and they look 10 times brighter than when I wash them with other detergents. Also, a couple of my husbands white tee shirts that once they are washed still look just not very bright and worn came out so bright and almost looked brand new. I could not believe it!!. Even he noticed and he never notices things like that. All this was also done with just cold water I did not even use hot or warm water, imagine how clean they would have came out if I did? A great product I would recommend this highly to EVERYONE!!!

I have never been so happy with a laundry detergent. I took my Husbands shorts after he finished putting in the flower beds and tossed them into a bucket with some Persil. I let them soak over night . The next morning I removed them from the bucket and hosed them down with the garden hose. The photo shows the result of just soaking before I even tossed them into the washing machine. What is really amazing is when I took his other work clothes that I have been washing in Tide and tossed them into the machine with Persil... the what I thought were permanent stains were also gone even after having been dried in the dryer. This stuff is GREAT !! I love the nice clean scent My clothes and my closest smell great !!. I was nervous when I first tried the detergent because I have a problem with some detergents irritating my skin and thought I would have to use the one for sensitive skin on my clothes , but I have not had any problem using this detergent. The whites are truly white and the colors are really bright and I didn't have to add any bleach or spot clean. Makes my life so much easier . Can't beat the price because a little goes a long way and I save not having to buy pre-spotters and additives like I had been. Persil gets a Big A++ !!

At first I thought how do I review a washing detergent as they all seem to be relatively the same to me. But not so. I was really surprised at what I believe to be a real difference in this liquid detergent. Obviously the container and color are nice but nothing much different here. The smell or what my wife says 'the fragrance' is very good. It says it is 'original' scent which really doesn’t tell me what the scent is but all I know is the clothing smelled really good when taking it out of the washing machine. The real part of this review has to be "does this clean any better?" which in itself may seem to be hard to judge. We have used various detergents in the past usually what’s on sale but good products, and nothing seemed to stand out from any of them. But this Persil (which I had not seen before) really seems to make the clothes cleaner... the old catch phrase 'the whites are whiter' may be true after all. We have done two washes with this new detergent and genuinely believe it to be better than any we have been using. We will buy this and recommend anyone to try it.

Persil Pro Clean Power Liquid Detergent is 48 loads (75 Fluid Ounces - 2 Quart 11 Fluid Ounces). It is an Original Scent which is very pleasant. Can be used with all machines. Packaged in a clear plastic bottle with a red cap and a carrying handle. Loaded with a stain fighter to get your clothes clean. The measuring for regular loads- fill cap to line 1 (1.56 Fluid Ounces) . Use more (2.5 Fluid Ounce ) for heavily soiled or large loads. For tough stains pretreat by applying some detergent directly to the stain and rub it into the fabric. Allow formula to sit on the stains for at least 5 minutes. for added power use 3/4 cup of detergent in the wash. Follow your washing machine directions for adding the detergent. Safe for septic systems. Caution: Contains Surfactants, Enzymes and Fragrance. Keep out of the reach of children. I love this detergent. I am old fashioned. I like bubbles...bubbles in my dish soap, on my hair, and in my laundry. This laundry soap had soft light white bubbles. But they all rinsed out. I was left with clean smelling clothes. I usually use Gain or Tide. I found this to be comparible to the brand name products. To demonstrate I took a very very old t-shirt of mine that I wear when I clean or do outside work. I had tomato sauce on it. I threw it in with a few other articles of clothing and let Persil do the work. In the photo you can see it did not all completely wash out but just a trace amount is left. I have been wanting to try this for a long time. I am very glad I got the chance to use it because I will be using it from now on.

I was sent Persil Pro Clean Power Liquid Detergent for review. In a word, ‘WOW!’ I do not give high praise easily, but I have to say that I am impressed with the Persil detergent thus far and cannot wait to see how well it performs in the long-term. It has a pleasant fragrance that softly lingers. I should think that all but the most sensitive to fragrances or those who do not like any fragrance, will be pleasantly surprised at subtlety of the scent and should not be bothered it. The detergent is made for both top load washers as well as front loaders. The back of the bottle does give the standard directions on how much detergent to use for load size and soil type, but I wished that it had been a little more clearer in it’s direction. Was the amount given for a front load or top load washer? If I missed that part I apologize. The only other drawback is I wish the fill lines were a little more pronounced. I found it hard to easily identify the lines compared to my other favored brands. However, the pros certainly outweigh these minor flaws. The most amazing thing about Persil Pro Clean Power Liquid Detergent is it’s stain fighting/color removal capabilities. I was truly amazed. I was sent this detergent at the perfect time. I had an expensive pair of brand new white jeans that somehow got a few stains around the back of the knees. Unfortunately the stains had not been noticed until I was folding them up after laundering them, further setting in the mysterious stains. For weeks I had been trying to get the stains out. I tried EVERYTHING I knew. Favorite stain removers that usually get everything out, tips and tricks from the internet and everything learned over the years…nothing worked until PERSIL! Well, kinda. I treated one spot with the Persil as directed (apply directly on stain, let it sit and then wash with the recommended amount). The other stains were treated with Shout and Caldrea Stain removers. I was not quite sure if I was using the proper amount of detergent for my top loader, but decided to just follow the directions as stated. The amount of liquid was considerably less than my usual detergents (Gain, The Honest Company, Caldrea). I have not done the math yet, but I think in the long run it will prove to be a more economical choice and for a superior job! The Persil stain came out the lightest. Both the Persil and Caldrea stains are now light enough for the jeans to be worn around the house and maybe a quick trip to the market. One would really need to be staring and fairly close to the back of my knees to see the slight yellow spots. The Shout stain will need to be treated again with Persil. Who knows if the stains will lift completely after a few more washes. The other miracle items washed was a white, black, and hot pink microfiber nightie. After washing once, with a color catcher the black turned the white grey. No matter how much I soaked or what I used the white was a mucked up grey. Now the once white turned grey is now back to white, albeit it is not the crisp white it was before washing it. It is amazingly brighter than it was before. The pink really pops now too! No color catcher added and it still managed to brighten things up. The rest of the load it was harder to tell, because of their color combos of the garments having little lighter colored areas. I thought they seemed a bit brighter, but I could not swear to it. One thing I did notice is that all the loads seemed to come out softer even though nothing had changed with my softener. I almost fell over when I took out a pair of Juicy sweats that are only worn for gardening, painting or whatever project requires grungy clothing. They really need to be tossed, but so comfy they ended up being used for messy projects. The once white sweats were well beyond grungy grey and stained with a little of everything. They still have a light grey cast, but that is a huge improvement. The almost black cuffs from being too long with flats are only slightly darker and some of the stains have completely lifted out, even a few small paint stains. The rest of the stains are much lighter than they once were. The same went for some very soiled bar towels that I was going to have to toss. They were so badly stained with rust, ground in dirt, and oil they looked like they were mechanics towels or something. Persil did such a great job I no longer need to toss the towels! All of the towels are almost an optic white, many of the stains have disappeared completely, and the few remaining stains are so much lighter. No pretreatment was used and they came out this bloody clean! Previously had soaked in Oxy-Clean, bleach, CLR, used various stain treatments on them and nothing has come close to restoring the items to what they looked like as new. I recommend this economical choice that does an impressive job. I cannot wait to try the powdered version! Save yourself some money and rescue things that you thought you were going to have to get rid of.

I received the Persil ProClean liquid laundry detergent through the Spark Reviewer Program from Walmart. I had seen it on TV and was anxious to try it. I received the 75 oz. bottle/48 load size. It has a nice fresh fragrance. After hanging my clothes outside to dry, you could still faintly smell the fragrance. If dried in the dryer, I'm sure the fragrance would have been more apparent. Overall, I really liked the fragrance Experience premium clean, the bottle says. I noticed that my colors seemed a bit brighter then when I use my Tide. I didn't have any issues with soap residue, like I sometimes have with Tide. My washer only washes on cold, so I can only imagine how good it would work in warm water. There are 2 measurement lines in the cap and I used the smallest on two different size loads, and thought they worked very well as far as cleaning went. Less is usually better. I haven't checked the price on the Persil liquid, but I believe I will be making this my new laundry detergent from now on! Look for the new Persil and give it a try!

I am very happy with this product. After using it on a load of dark clothes I noticed a distinct fresh smell that was not perfumey like some detergents. The clothes were softer, brighter and fresher smelling after washing and drying. A little bit went a long way. This will be my go-to detergent now. A great product that I will be telling others about and recommending.

Persil PROclean, original scent is good premium detergent. In using it I found that my laundry room smelled great but the clothes had a much softer clean smell. It was not as strong smelling on the clothes as I thought it might be, which is good since I prefer a milder clean smell. It performed as well as other premium brands I have bought. The clothes were bright and clean, but I'm not sure it was any better. Perhaps after using it a little longer I may have a stronger opinion. At this point, I think I would compare the price with other premium brands in order to decide if I would buy it again.
